Founded in 2011, Rock Paper Scissors OT specializes in conducting comprehensive physical and psychiatric functional capacity evaluations tailored for medico-legal and insurance contexts. Our team provides accurate, prompt assessments that enhance case management and support claim accuracy for disability, personal injury, medical negligence, and RAF cases.

In addition to assessments, we are committed to improving employee productivity and wellness within various industries. Our approach includes identifying employee strengths and weaknesses, fostering skills development, and providing leadership training, all designed to optimize workforce performance.

Through our individualized treatment methods and targeted work site evaluations, we facilitate successful client reintegration post-injury. Team

Nicole de Bree

Nicole established Rock Paper Scissors OT in October 2011. Rock Paper Scissors OT initially assisted clients with psychiatric conditions through individual and group therapy. 


Nicole then expanded service offerings to explore the role of an occupational therapist in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on enhancing employee productivity and performance.

In June 2015, Nicole sought to broaden her expertise by venturing into the medico-legal field. By February 2020, she had fully integrated medico-legal assessments and functional capacity evaluations into the Rock Paper Scissors OT practice, operating on a full-time basis.

Megan Attridge

Megan began her career as an Occupational Therapist in adult neurological and physical rehabilitation, where she developed her experience in supporting clients to regain functional independence following injury or illness. Building on this foundation, she expanded her scope into vocational rehabilitation, working with individuals with a wide range of conditions to facilitate successful and sustainable return-to-work.


In 2024, Megan completed her WorkWell Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) training. She joined Rock Paper Scissors OT in 2025, where she conducts comprehensive medico-legal assessments and functional capacity evaluations. 

Claire Jenkins

Claire is an Occupational Therapist with experience across a broad range of healthcare settings, including physical and mental health services within hospitals, rehabilitation facilities and outpatient practices. She has worked in both public and private healthcare environments, where she developed a strong clinical foundation and a passion for continuous learning. 


In April 2024, Claire joined Rock Paper Scissors OT, bringing her diverse healthcare experience and expertise into a new and exciting professional environment. She is passionate about applying her knowledge in innovative ways while continuing to grow and expand her skill set.
